HotelPulse is an early-stage demand-intelligence and revenue decision platform for independent and boutique Manhattan hotels. The initial focus is intentionally specific: helping lean commercial teams understand weekday demand and identify profitable actions.

We believe hotel operators need more than passive reporting. Our goal is to connect property performance with relevant external signals, clearly separate facts from assumptions, and make every insight lead to a decision, test, or useful next question.

The founding pilot is being shaped with hotel operators. Product scope, integrations, forecasting methods, and pricing will be tested against real workflows before broader expansion.
